  Preparation Instructions (Pathiri Style)

  1. Boil Water: Boil 1 glass of water with $1/4$ tsp coconut oil and salt to taste.

  2. Mix: Gradually sprinkle one cup of Ramzan Rice Powder into the boiling water and stir for one minute.

  3. Steam: Remove from the stove and keep it covered for one minute.

  4. Knead: Transfer the warm mixture to a flat vessel and knead well until the dough becomes soft.

  5. Cook: Make small balls, press them in a Pathiri press, and grill in a frying pan without oil.
