  2. Mix: Once boiling, gradually sprinkle one cup of Ramzan rice powder into the water and stir for one minute.

  3. Rest: Remove from the stove, cover, and let it sit for a minute to allow the steam to soften the dough.

  4. Knead: Transfer the dough to a plate and knead well while it is still warm until it reaches a soft consistency.

  5. Shape & Cook: Roll the dough into small balls, flatten them using a Pathiri press, and bake on a frying pan without using any oil.
